Oac98 Posted July 17, 2019 Share Posted July 17, 2019 Just a bit of information from your Canadian plant, we were informed today that as of August 1st our paint shop will be losing the c shift and will return to a 2 shift operation. On January 1ST 2020 Bodyshop will be reduced to 2 shift from 3 in Body 1,2 and 3 departments. There will be a line speed reduction of 5 units less per hour and 185 ppl laid off in Sept 2019. Flex and Mkt are going so all rumours are now truth. Ford says sales are down as well.
