akirby
Some of the ranger forums might but Ford doesn't officially release monthly sales figures any more - only quarterly. Some folks here have access to the monthly figures and will sometimes post them under Ford <month> sales topics.

It seems that Fusion is probably getting some sales that might have went to the Focus on the lower end and the Taurus on the upper end in the past. This is probably a good thing for retaining customers in the future because the Fusion is a more reliable and better built car then the Focus and a more modern and efficient car then the Taurus. Why are they discontinuing a line selling over 20k a month next year??? That's going to send a lot of prospective customers to another brand. Give it some improvements and keep selling it. Seems like they could have killed the Taurus and focus. Kept the fusion to fill the gaps. Maybe make the price point wider. Go from stripper to fully loaded to fill the void. Surely they could make that profitable.

There is no way they can make money like that. And nobody seems to be buying titaniums.

My family in California has been getting Energi Titanium's in the past 6 months (3 of them so far, with 2 more probably in Nov/Dec) with Z-plan and all the rebates you can be out the door for about 22K. Add in reduced tolls, free parking and single person HOV access its the best deal in Cali.

DequindreToo
1,702 for the Lincoln MKZ isn't bad, especially for an older sedan in a dying segment. The MKZ has been surprisingly resilient during this generation's production run. It wasn't exactly a darling of the press either.
