There are Dealer Principals but no "principles" at Ford as dealer relations are going to hit a new low with the recent layoffs hitting all the way down to the field rep's (Ford Zone Managers) which are a Dealer's primary contact with Ford. Our Ford Zone Manager was cut last week and they sent in two young ladies from the regional office to do the new wholesale allocation meeting for July production. Both their positions were eliminated and they're being kept on for new positions within the reorganization but the New York Region has no clue yet as to what the new, revised staff structure, etc. will be.
