Gurgeh
Looks like this creates two #2 spots, divided between "everything we make money doing" and "all the stuff we would like to do (and make money doing)." I like this quote in particular: "Hinrichs has all the real stuff (responsibilities) that matters,” John McElroy, a Detroit journalist and long-time industry observer, told the Detroit Free Press. “He’s in charge of what the company is today. At this snapshot in time, he definitely has the more important job. “Farley has an opportunity to take what he’s in charge of – which is the future, but for all practical purposes right now it’s vaporware – and he’s got to turn it into a real business that makes money." https://www.forbes.com/sites/greggardner/2019/04/10/ford-expands-role-of-hinrichs-farley-clarifying-succession-picture/
