blksn8k2 Posted February 3, 2019 Share Posted February 3, 2019 This is what PennDOT calls "Traction Compound", a mixture of limestone chips and salt. I call it Rust Compound. First the limestone knocks your paint off and then the salt starts the rusting process. What you see it the photo is what I hosed off the bottom of my truck.
