I think it's a 5.2L coyote. FPCs don't respond as well to forced induction.

twintornados
The presser makes no mention of the crank layout of the 5.2L but does speak of the wire arc cylinder liners used in the Voodoo motor...could this be the Voodoo motor with a "conventional" 90 degree crank? A voodoo motor with a cross plane crank is just a 5.2L Coyote...... Autoblog specifically said they used a cross plane crank not the voodoo FPC because of the supercharger.
twintornados
According to Jalopnik, it will have a cross-plane crank, aka a 90 degree crankshaft....so, Voodoo-ish... with some specific bottom end changes to sustain the supercharging. Of course, we all know that Voodoo is Coyote based anyway... Edited January 14, 2019 by twintornados

Ok I see there are lots of other changes to the Voodoo 5.2L other than the crankshaft so I guess we'll have to wait for Ford to tell us if it's a voodoo CPC or a 5.2L coyote.
