YT90SC
OASIS shows no open campaigns. Within build dates or not, its not an open campaign for that VIN. Edited December 15, 2018 by YT90SC

Customer Satisfaction Program 16N02 Customer satisfaction programs, warranty extensions, compliance recalls, safety recalls, emissions recalls all are "campaigns" or "FSA"- Field Service Action. The VIN you provided is NOT covered by 16N02. Your BEST hope is contacting Ford Customer Care, and asking them to help, showing build date, and that your CPO ESP ran out in September. Your dealer might help, but there isn't much he can do with it NOT on OASIS.

The service advisor said they have a pool of money they can use to cover some repairs for good customers. The fact that this was the second LS I bought from them, combined with the fact that I and my family have been buying Fords from their Ford store since the early '80s, had a lot to do with that. blwnsmoke
AWAs are available at the dealer's discretion but I am sure they go to more of their loyal customers who are in a bind or unfortunate situation then a random off the street etc. 13 hours ago, SoonerLS said: My Lincoln dealer got me an "after warranty adjustment" when the EGR on my LS crapped out.
