fordmichiganman
This plant is currently having all production and skilled trades on short work week. No rules are being followed, it's all on a management buddy system. Some people working 24hrs, others are laid off. Crazy how full shifts of trades are told to stay home. Can't get 40 hours anymore except for a select few on special lists.

daveyb
This plant is just excitement every day. Currently losing folks transferring to other plants as we wind down to one shift coming up in early April. The Pandora's Box opened with the advent of two tiers, no wait, three, let's say 4 or more tiers all with different rules and regulations has landed smack dab in Flat Rock Michigan. The company, the Union, the legacies, the others. It's a freaking zoo. Good luck to all the kids that are being jerked around. May you land on your feet. And may you one day get the union representation you deserve.
