4% bonus

The September 15 date is when the 4% ends. They take all hours "worked" from Sept 15 of 2017 to Sept 15 2018 and hours of "Paid" excused absence then multiple that to get your bonus. I think Its will be payable the first week in October.

MAP has been laid off for quite a while, does any of our sub pay count towards that 4% bonus? I know it doesn't, but if this is our raise, why are we being penalized for being laid off?

No. it's based on hours worked between Sept. 1 2017 and Sept. 1 2018.
