Hid lights

I dont recall any service bulletins for that concern. Also, I havent seen that issue. I have seen that happen and had to replace the headlamp ballast. However, both headlamps defective at the same time seems less likely. Did this just start one day? Does it happen every time you use the headlamps? Not just in auto mode but in manual mode? Also is the engine running when this happens. The battery in the vehicle start the engine ok without any slow cranking? Battery voltage that is low will cause those lamps to shut off.

One had been doing it occasionally now they both are non stop. Battery is fine so maybe it is the bulbs

Chances are its the bulb or ballast. You can replace the bulb from a parts house, get a quality name like sylvaina .Start with one, if it fixes it then replace the other. Im sure the bulb is cheaper than the ballast.
