I don't think you'll see Rangers until January. Ranger Job #1 Date is 11/26/2018. Production will ramp up slowly and I doubt we'll see an "OK to Buy" shipping release until sometime in January. To add to this, I will try my best to keep track of how the launch is going but Im in a different building now building firewalls for F-150s.
