Daytona is not a good indicator of how the new body will perform on the majority of the other tracks. Besides the fact that both Daytona and Talladega are total crash fests the car setups are quite a bit different than they are for other tracks. Restrictor plates, drafting, blocking, etc. Hell, everyone thought Chevy was going to kick ass after they won Daytona this year but they really haven't done squat since.
