1190adventure
I wanted a King Ranch diesel with adaptive cruise. I hate the chrome package, but its required with the diesel. I guess I'll have to figure something else out. I hate how ford packages things together sometimes.

Divvi12
I noticed on the ford promo vids for the 2019 raptor had a cool seat button & electric seat adjustment (w Recaro seats) Edited August 16, 2018 by Divvi12

ice-capades
New here. First time posting. What is the anticipated date that dealers will begin receiving the 2019 models? If the changeover to the 2019's goes smoothly it's possible that the "OK to Buy" status could be achieved after the Job #1 Date which is the production start. The "OK to Buy" initiates the shipping release for vehicles built and the start of retail order scheduling. The following link will help give you a lot more information on the scheduling process. https://www.blueovalforums.com/forums/index.php?/topic/63667-ford-vehicle-ordering-scheduling-process/ Edited August 25, 2018 by ice-capades

I'm actually leaning toward buying a used '18 Platinum. My question is this: How much would I save on an '18 model by waiting until the 2019 model gets released? I know all things are relative and there may be no concrete answer. But is it reasonable to hope to save $5k by waiting? I'm guessing that it would be around October, so I can certainly wait that long.
akirby
I doubt you’ll save more than $1K-$2K (if that). There isn’t a huge backlog of inventory and the 2019 is really just a refresh of the current one.
