fordex
Got a call from dealer this morning that order for '17 was rejected. Argh. I read somewhere they are producing '17 until late August, but maybe not enough time to get it scheduled before '18 production starts. ? ice-capades
Got a call from dealer this morning that order for '17 was rejected. Argh. I read somewhere they are producing '17 until late August, but maybe not enough time to get it scheduled before '18 production starts. ? Final 2017 Escape orders were due 06/29/2017 and since then the 2017 Escape has balanced out for all models, trim levels, etc. There is always a risk of a retail order not being scheduled close to the end of scheduling for that model year. The Dealer might not have enough allocation, certain commodities may no longer be available and balanced out early and a number of other factors. 2018MY Escape starts scheduling next week but retail orders won't start scheduling until the "OK to Buy" status is reached which is normally about 6 weeks after the Job #1 Date. FYI... Your 2017 Escape order will not be converted to a 2018 Escape order. Your Dealer will need to place a new 2018 Escape order for you.
