sullynd
Looks sharp. A lot like a more refined two door Avenir. Too bad they'll likely treat this like the did the Avenir. I wonder if Cadillac is holding them back or, if Art and Science is holding back Cadillac.
RichardJensen
Well there's something that nobody who can afford it wants.
Anthony
- Hey, what else can we use this platform for? - How about Buick? - Sure, why not?
sullynd
Could an Opel Camaro do better ROW than a Cheby?
J-150
Would it be wrong to call it a Grand National?
silvrsvt
So this is basically a Buick Camaro? Looks nice, but wonder about the market for it.
fuzzymoomoo
I wonder if Cadillac is holding them back or, if Art and Science is holding back Cadillac.Short answer: both Like the car though, it's bolder than anything Buick has done in a while. Like Richard alluded to though, what would be the market for it that Camaro and the V-cars can't cover? robertlane
Would it be wrong to call it a Grand National? Grand National? No. Leave the performance market to Chevrolet. A Buick Riviera? Yes, I can see that - it's a little too upscale and classy for a Grand National. Will it get built though? GM is taking a lot of chances lately and a two door coupe when Buick is barely on the radar seems like a risk that they would take.
atomcat68
I really like that! That should kill Cascada sales before they start!
rmc523
I really like that! That should kill Cascada sales before they start! Funny you say that. As I said in another forum, could this really be a preview of the next-gen Cascada? (or if they want to name it Riviera).
Fgts
This is most likely the rumored Holden performance coupe that's Opel is getting also. Possible 3 vehicles; Buick Avista/GN Opel Monza Holden Monaro
PREMiERdrum
This is the Alpha Buick that's been on again / off again more times than Ross and Rachael. Last I heard it had zero shot at production. If I had to guess, I'd say this concept was trotted out to help Buick's story from being solely about the quietly announced production Envision, the incredibly dated looking, Chinese-built crossover. grbeck
Well there's something that nobody who can afford it wants. If GM actually decides to build it, which I seriously doubt will ever happen.
Havelock
It looks like the Ford Evos concept from September 2011 with a new grill and paint job.
bzcat
This is most likely the rumored Holden performance coupe that's Opel is getting also. Possible 3 vehicles; Buick Avista/GN Opel Monza Holden Monaro If it goes to production, it will be sold in all those places for sure, plus China. Camaro will be kept to just North America and China. atomcat68
I know GM is criticized with throw it at the wall and see if it sticks product planning... But if that could be made fairly easily off Camaro's platform, then I'd pull a Lutz move and throw that at the wall along with an Avinir 4 door coupe!
