More Obama Hypocrisy and Failed Leadership Ability

Recommended Posts

So these "I Hate Obama" threads are even MORE pointless since the real fools are the public. But I suspect you have more sinister reasons for Hating him.

"I hate Obama politics" is more accurate although I am sure some people really hate him as a person but most will never meet the guy.

Its not just Obama, any liberal, progressive politician or like minded idiot is essentially the same. They have all the answers to all problems , as long as its "fixed" at someone else's expense.

The republicans are just as guilty as the other idiots that spend more than is collectively take in and the tab passed on to all of us.

Obama is likely a smart guy , just not worth a crap running anything with real numbers (dollars) attached to it.

He never has in the past so its not really a surprise.

Hey, look! Its vacation time again!!!

I'd be wasting my time demanding Bush undo the things he did wrong. he is not in power. And is not eligible to run for President again....just as Obama cannot.

But, Obama IS in office. What good is it to demand better of those NOT YET ELECTED OR IN THE RUNNING?

So, logic says my efforts are better aimed at pointing out the faults of those IN office, and those who continue to vote for the same-old same-old.

Why do we seem to always get politicians everyone hates? Because WE are the ones electing them.!!!!

Agreed. I'm sure posters like Langston are convinced that I would support the Republican party and their decisions no matter what. Nothing could be further from the truth. There are a lot of things the Republican party does that I flat out don't agree with at all. There are a lot of Republicans in office that I don't like. I didn't like John McCain and I still don't. I thought he was a joke as a candidate and probably would not have been a good President. I voted for him anyway because I knew even then that the alternative of Barack Obama was going to be a disaster for the country. And I was right. I'm sure I wasn't the only guy that held his nose and voted for McCain back in 08. The Republican party is by no means the party that has its shit together and all the answers. But when I'm forced to choose between the marxist / socialists / anti-capitalist liberals or the pro capitalist bible thumpers and their holier than thou attitude I'll take the capitalists every time. They are by no means perfect, but they are worlds better than liberalism and all the misery and destruction that it will bring.

Sorry but any problems you think President Obama can fix.......he can't. We all should know by now that it will take those 535 idiots to fix them.

The wrong tree is being barked under.

Obama is the President and as such he can lead the country, set an example and at any time he wants to he can plea his case directly to the American people. You really think CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS or hell even Fox News wouldn't immediately put him on the air if he wanted to say something? The problem is that Obama has no real leadership ability. It's just not in him.

Sure he can lead the counrty, but when you have people in office (Hint: Republicans) who have openly stated they will refuse to work his administration (even with the Economy in Shambles) then what else can the man do. It's all a big game to Congress and everyone of those beeotches is in it for themselves. Regardless of the President, Congress is the real power in this government.

He has no real power anyways. Vetoes can be over ridden so he can't stop something he doesn't want. If he doesn't want to sign a bill in 10 days it becomes a law anyways as long as Congress is in session. Congress can adjourn be fore he signs in the 10 days and the bill dies.

Not much power that i'm seeing.

There is always the good Ol' "He should set the example for the country".....well does that mean Republicans and Democrats sgould be held to a different standard because those fools are the real bad examples.

No , he tried to lead the country with promises and hype. The "more open government" one is the funniest. Leading people is not impossible except when some people genuinely feel you are heading the wrong direction.

One example was senator Obama saying how irresponsible it is to increase the debt. Candidate Obama said he would cut the debt in 1/2 in his first term. President Obama has added to it. Exactly the opposite direction.

Obama care is another example. He was going to add coverage for 30~40 million people that supposedly have no coverage AND everyone else's rates will go down how? He would have better luck hanging with the alchemists and turn straw into gold. Forget leading when you have problems with being honest or knowing what is really going on around you.

Bush was no fiscal conservative and over spent but Obama really is Bush on steroids. Could have or would have Romney made any difference? No one can say with any certainty but when it come to mathematics and spending money he has far more positive experience. Being a governor of state is a snap shot and if you fail at it there is no way you should be responsible for 50 states. Jimmy Carter , to his credit, was a governor but an inept president.

I doubt Obama could handle a state budget or problems and his lack of experience shows along with being inept and or dishonest about how things he is responsible for imploded.

The really sad part is some supporters of both parties can not honesty admit or say when their party is the one screwing the pooch.

I'm only in my mid-30's. Of course, I would have called that old not too long ago. :hysterical:

Good grief, Nick. Mid-thirties! I believe the median age of earthlings is around 32, meaning you are older than 55% of the humans! Have you ever owned an Edsel?

oh...I'm only joking around! I've got you beat:-))

And couldn't this just have been added to the "Obama's Failures" thread instead of creating YET another one that will result in the same partisan bickering and finger-pointing?

I have come to the conclusion that all internet forums are the gathering place of bad behavior. Even the comment sections of news articles seem to collect sarcasm and rude commentary. Just more ratcheting down of civil society.

Bad news, we've never been all that civil.
