grbeck
It's legal, doesn't make it wise. But we've just gone from breaking the law (if it's illegal) to doing something that you think is unwise (which is your opinion, and nothing more or less). Big difference. Other people have different opinions. Nothing you have said makes your opinion more valid than those who differ on this.
mikem12
I have been to 5 tea parties here in Claifornia since 4-15-09. (Yes, there are conservatives in the Peoples Socialist Republic of California) They were organised by a few local citizens. We stand at a busy street intersection for a few hours, holding our signs and waiving and smiling at people driving by. The majority of the people who drive by are a little intimidated at first, but when they start actaully reading the signs, 99.9% of them smile and wave in approval. My sign says on one side "I love my health care. Leave it Alone!" and on the other side it says "Gov't is the PROBLEM not the SOLUTION" I would say that about 800 to 1200 people show up at each one. Everyone is always courteous, yet passionate. Fun is had by all. that has been my experience as well. They are the silent majority awakened and are not happy with the governments actions. Hang on there will be more.
