What is going on here, is Kentucky trying to play catch-up with the rest of the nation or are they more strict and what is it that needs to be done.

We have some major crazy ass, worthless, self serving politicians here(local and state level)!!!! I'm sure both of our Ford plants combined don't put out half the crap that one of the chemical plants here put out.Not to mention UPS and the airport here.Louisville is just about the worst in the nation when it comes to fine particulates, they haven't gone below moderate all winter. In the summer it's nothing to have alerts for weeks at a time.If a person has any kind of respiratory problem they sure as hell shouldn't live anywhere close to this nasty ass city. And they try to blame the high lung cancer rate on smoking.Although the numbers simply don't add up.It's the fucking pollution here in Louseyville not the cigs!

One more thing. Most everyone at KTP and LAP have canceled their subscription to the Courier Journal. The rag is always writing some bullshit about Ford and ignoring the real news. You would think that they would show some support and respect for Ford. After all it is one of the biggest employers in this cesspool of a city!

 Don't forget the stupid fireworks show coming up in a few weeks, "Thunder over Louisville',,,, how much pollution does that do to the air? About 20 years ago Louisille started auto exhaust testing "VET test",,, but at the same time the city of Louisville was burning all of its garbage 24/7... But, they sure was worried about what was coming out of my Ford van.
