  1. Personally, I can understand the parts shortage. Supply chains around the world have been disrupted. Again, I understand. However, what I do not understand is why someone at Ford has not taken the time to explain what is going on. That shouldn't happen. Why is the dealership pointing fingers at Ford, and vice versa. That shouldn't happen. Why can't the Rewards Points be correctly loaded? That shouldn't. Parts shortages can't be helped. Customer service can be helped.
  2. Do the 2021 Spare tires come with spare tires, or do these need to be ordered separately?
  3. Question about incentives on ordered vehicles. I ordered a Power Boost based on an incentive of $1500 rebate and 0% interest for 72 months, if I ordered before Sep 7. It was suggested on another Ford truck board that if those incentives weren't in effect when the truck was delivered, I wouldn't get them. Is that correct?
  4. Do customer orders have a higher priority than dealer orders? Seems like the dealer near me was pushing customer orders. Thru Sep 7th, the dealer & presumably Ford was offering a $1500 rebate and 0% financing.
  5. I bought an ESP from Ziegler Ford for my then new 2014 F150 w/ 3.5L EB. Later I bought an ESP from Flood for my new 2018 Fusion SE which has the 1.5L EB.
