I'm still around also....sold the 99 tho a little over 2 years ago with only 29k miles on it...wish I had it back.

Well, after 10 years and 29k miles...and lots of fun... I sold the 99 this past week. I'm glad it didn't go local so I wouldn't run the chance of seeing it and having withdrawals The guy who bought it only plans to use it like I did, fair weather/car show car...and he trailered it home. Now I can't decide if I want to find a low mile 04 Cobra or a used Shelby GT500

Joe/Bill, Let me know if you guys are going to do the cruise-in thing this year, I went to the one in Fultondale 1 time last year, seemed to have a decent crowd. Bill, we just joined Mcwane Center in December, you still there till the end of this month? Joe, I know the feeling about the batteries and car sitting idle. I need to buy a new one for mine, that small replacement battery is shot and the factory battery has been idle so long when I checked the voltage tonight, it was only putting out 8 volts. I wanted to buy an Optima but it seems they don't make one to fit our cars, which I found odd.

When my truck pays off next summer, I may rethink trying to find an 04 Cobra and sell the 99.

I sometimes wish I had gone ahead and sold my 99 and bought a Competition Orange 04 Cobra but I had just paid the 99 off and needed a truck. 9 years later, I'm still modifying the 99 (I guess you never really stop tinkering with a toy). I just added some deep dish Black Bullitts 18x9/18x10 and look forward next spring to finally getting rid of the crappy factory front seats for some Cobra Daytona's. Hopefully doing that and adding an intercooler will be the last big project I do to it... hopefully.

Around 12psi but I put down over 290rwhp after the fix with just a CAI and exhaust, car has always been fairly strong.

I decided to get rid of the Autologic chip since they went out of business and purchased an SCT X3 along with a custom tune from www.bamachips.com . I was impressed with the gains of the SCT over the Autologic; I previously put down in the area of 440rwhp (at work and don't have the dyno sheets) on 93 octane. I put down a whopping 490rwhp and 414rwtq on 93 octane with a Vortech E-trim and a 3.125" pulley. It took 100 octane tune with the Autologic to put down 490rwhp. The only concern with the new tune is I'm close to pegging out the Lightning 90mm MAF. This is all on stock internals. Tuner told me I could get another 50-60hp by adding an 03/04 intercooler and a custom intake. I will probably make this move over the winter/next spring. I don't mind pushing the envelope on the stock block I also added a Kenne Bell Boost-a-Pump with this tune.

Same thing happened to mine, it was the transponder, which I have not yet installed. If mine does this, I just tilt the steering wheel up and back down hard and it cranks.. laziness on my part for not installed the new part, which is sitting in the basement..

Joe still has nightmares of me running off and leaving him on the back straightaway at Road Atlanta :P

good to see you here again Tony. I would much rather have a terminator, specifically an 04 Orange.. love that color. Lighter weight and the power potential is huge with the stock forged 4.6.

I was there I think pvt... or maybe I was there the next dyno day and saw a 04 mystic coupe..can't remember... I took my 04 F150 Lariat 5.4 there back during the winter. All I have added is a Magnaflow SIDO muffler and a Superchips flash. I picked up 47hp and 57tq from those 2 mods giving me 347hp and 422tq.. I surprised I've done only that to it
