Aftermarket Wireless IR headphones for 2018 Navigator

I bought two aftermarket wireless IR headphones for my 2018 Navigator, I couldn’t get them to connect to the rear seat entertainment system. Has anyone done this and if so, how do you get them to connect?

Navigator fresh from the man - RSE set up has me furious

Just my two cents as I am new here, I downloaded movies to an SD card and that works great! is there a way to connect regular Bluetooth headphones to the RSE because I am not a fan of the headphones that it comes with.
Rear Seat Entertainment -- sound through car speakers?
