  1. Yes we get get profit sharing for whatever compensated hours we were paid before our retirement.
  2. What day is Ford profit sharing payment for 2021?
  3. Finally got my w-2 on Saturday February 6. I see nothing has changed at Ford since I retired. Dropped the ball again.
  4. Thanks for the update Cindy C. I haven't received mine yet. Retired from Romeo Engine.
  5. Fuzzymomo are you retired? When I retired My Ford csid was made invalid. I can't get into paystub sites. Only have access to axz plan site. Are retirees supposed to have access to the pay sites? Thanks.
  6. Same situation. Retired in April but no w-2 as of today February 2. I received the pension w-2 and 1095 for healthcare but no w-2 wage statement with buyout, vacation pay and hours worked in 2020 from Ford. I will post if I receive.
  7. Retired April 1 finally got my buyout deposit on May 29th. Do we get some kind of paystub to explain all the deductions? $39,660 OUT OF $60,000!!!!!
  8. Just got a call from Dearborn. Ford is offering to delay scheduled April 1st retirement from Romeo Engine until July 1st. Still get $60,000 buyout. Have to let Nesc know by tomorrow. Anyone else get the call yet?
  9. The Uaw allowed Ford Motor Company to close the Romeo Engine Plant in the 2019 contract. For that allowance Romeo was to get $75,000 non-skilled buyout and $85,000 skilled buyout. Corporate wide buyouts for all other plants (not closing) is $60,000.
  10. Anyone know why the $75,000 'retirement assistance ' for eligible Romeo employees that was presented in the 2019 contract highlights is being ignored and Romeo Employees are now being told there's no info on $75,000 timeline so 'you better just take the sure thing $60,000'. If we can leave in April for $60,000 we can leave for the promised and published $75,000. The company and union say they don't know anything. Do you risk not signing for the $60,000 and hope The Ford Motor Company and the Uaw recognize their contractual obligations or look to the past littered with broken commitments and take the sure thing $60,000????
