I OWN AN 2016 ESCAPE titanium WHICH I purchased NEW 2 YEARS AGO Dealer just told me rear brakes were worn and needed to be replaced soon, Car has 16,000 mostly highway miles. Front brakes are fine. Rears are 3 and 4 mm. Complained to Ford, they said brakes are not warrantied. Previously had a Subaru Forester, fronts replaced at 40k, rears were still fine at 80K. At this point, I regret having gone back to Ford. Who replaces rear brakes at 16K miles. Obviously sometimg wrong with the car. My GF has a mercedes with alot of miles, and was considering buying a lincoln. I will tell her based on Ford's response to my issue, FORGET IT!.
