  1. The experience is all over the place because the ride is both very smooth Courtesy of the computer controlled dampening and body motions and .... also very stiff courtesy of the 22” no sidewall to speak of tires. Drive one and decide for yourself.
  2. The start rattle is not normal nor fine. It is a sign of things to come (timing chain and sprockets). It is a well known issue in the Gen 2 Raptor community. Lincoln cannot provide you with factory painted bumpers. They come primed, but not painted. However, the dealer should be able to recommend a quality body shop that can match paint perfectly- especially for an almost new, non- faded paint like yours.
  3. As mentioned above- what you are hearing is cam phasers. The gen 2 Raptors have spades of those occurrences. It is an involving repair to a problem that should not exist or should have been addressed a long time ago.
  4. So the dreaded P0022 (overretarded intake cam) that is plaguing the gen 2 Raptors is alive and well with the 2018+ Navigators. How do I know? I just got one. Brought it to the dealer (best folks on Earth and I am not kidding here) and they said that a TSB is due in Q4 of 2019 along with updated VVT solenoid part. The original one is on “intergalactic backorder” and besides, what are you going to do in another 15k miles when it fails again? So I am going to wait for the new part. The truck drives alright with a quiet clatter/ knock at idle.... Ford has known about this issue for few years now but has refused to do anything. As a result their two halo trucks - the Raptor and the Navigator are hit by this.... A friendly advise to Ford- if you want to poach high end customers from the German manufacturers please do develop vehicles that do not need valvetrain work after 15k miles. Or if they do need said work please get off your collective asses and offer the updated part in a timely manner. unbelievable....
  5. Sticker means about 10 Days to production. Figure another week for production. Then few days to load up on railcar. Etis will populate with correct date when vehicle is manufactured. Good luck
