  1. None whatsoever - no low oil light, no low pressure indication, nothing.
  2. I have had my 2018 Mustang GT Performance Package Level 2 for three weeks today and this morning while shifting from 3rd to 4th at about 40 mph the engine grenaded.. Below is the link to the Mustang6g forum for a picture of a chunk of the engine block and what used to be a piston ring.
  3. Performance Pack Level 2 does include Magneride. I found a 2018 Lightning Blue GT PP2 at a dealership over 200 miles away and put my deposit/down payment on it today. Now instead of waiting until maybe late August or probably September, all I have to do is wait until Saturday.
  4. So I have been following this thread ever since I ordered my car on May 5th. The order information I received from the dealership is as follows: Order Code: 0505 Sales Code: F27037 Priority : 10 2019 Ford Mustang GT Premium - Performance Pack Level 2 Kona Blue I have seen that others who ordered near the same time I ordered already have VINs and build dates (in late July?!?!?). Based on that build date, it seems unlikely that I will see my car until mid-September at the very earliest. Any of the Ford guys here have any insight as to how long the wait may be? Dealer is still claiming August delivery, but that seems unrealistic. thanks, JD
  5. Can anyone provide an update on my order? Details below: Order Code: 0505 Sales Code: F27037 Pri Code: 10 It's 2019 GT Premium PP2 thanks, JD
  6. Coming from a Focus ST that I autocross and take to track days, I can attest that the stock rear brakes are up to the task. Just like with any performance car in a performance situation, cooling is king. I changed out the brake fluid to StopTech STR-660 and some EBC yellow pads and it did just fine. I expect the same will be true of the GT PP2.
  7. The brakes on the rear sadly are the same generic 1-piston brakes they put on most models. This even holds true for the PP1/PP2 equipped cars.
