  1. I am using Top Tier fuel. Midgrade Union Oil or Shell
  2. My opinion. The high beams are drawing too must current. I would suggest increasing the wire size and if you have to run the wires though a connector make sure the terminals are large enough for the load and make sure you use dielectric grease to avoid any corrosion in the terminals. As for your earlier application and the lights turning off. Headlight switches contain a circuit breaker. Too much load this blows, cools down and resets and so forth. They do this to avoid a fire. That's my two cents worth.
  3. You can order one from Radiators.com Cost is about $200. with a limited lifetime warranty. But who's lifetime, your or the trucks? LOL I've ordered from them before for both a 93 Explorer I had, and a 86 Lincoln Mark VII I still own. Very please with the quality of the parts.
  4. Just curious, since Lincoln vehicles are excluded from the Ford tracking site. Has a site been established so one can track an ordered Lincoln vehicle?
  5. On my ’16 MKX at times when I get in the vehicle and start it, the display for the odometer is blank, out, nothing. The compass on the left side of the display is just fine. Just no readout for the odometer. It does reappear on the next startup. Strange. Anyone else notice this?

  7. The Easiest Ceramic Paint Protection For Your Car? - @ 9:10
  8. I would suggest looking at "White Detail's" channel on YouTube. Jim White does a lot of high end vehicles and uses ceramic coatings on them. BUT, in most instances these are professionally applied coatings on a "clean surface" vehicle. Some of the ceramic coating companies only sell to the professional detailers. While ceramic coating offer a great deal of paint protection, especially with some of the high end softer lacquers, the biggest problem is they can't be removed easily and in most instances the only removal process is to color sand the entire vehicle. This is the reason that they MUST be applied on a CLEAN and CONTAMINATION and DUST free surface. Hope this helps.
  9. At this point it looks like 7/19/2019 is the change/cancel date.
