My 2018 black label navigator l, 14,500 miles, had a dead battery Tuesday while we were on vacation. Towed it to the nearest dealer, they had it for over a day, put in a new battery. Worked fine Friday mid day. Went to start it this morning to pack up the car and leave to go home, and it was dead as a door nail again. Got it jumped so we can drive home and deal with this at our local dealer, but so frustrating! Thankfully we live only a few hours away because we are afraid to turn the car off! Drive mode won’t even work on the car! Anyone have this issue before?

I have a black label and LOVE the console!! My kid can control the music if I let her, and it has awesome storage!!

When I was anxiously awaiting my delivery, I found a few other ways to track it. Fuzzy was the best but I also called my dealer every day once it was shipped out. My car sat in my town for over a week before it got to my dealer. It was well worth the wait!!

After almost 19 weeks, my Black Label Navigator L arrived and I took delivery Tuesday! Black exterior, Chalet interior. She is beautiful, amazing!!!! Good thing I got pics while it was in the showroom, because it has rained every day and now she is dirty! The wait was very hard - especially because it sat in my town for 9 days before it got to the dealer. But all good things to those who wait! I have no idea how to use 90% of the features yet, didn't have hours to spend at the dealer figuring that out, and still haven't had time to sit down and do so. We will figure it out soon, and of course can go back in and they will help whenever we need. The Chalet theme is incredible - rich chocolate brown and crème/white. The backs of the middle row seats are brown too - that was a nice bonus! A few things that I didn't realize re car seats...for some reason I thought I would be able to use the tilt and slide seat with a carseat forward facing - nope - seatbelt goes to the floor and my daughter is too heavy for LATCH. It's OK though, because we very rarely have anyone but my husband and I and our two kids in the car (one who is rear facing, so that tilt and slide is a no go already. If we have a guest, I can switch the forward facing child to the third row. The seats are EXTREMELY easy to get a super tight fit on the car seats. We have spent hours of our lives installing car seats, this was the easiest of all the SUVs by far (we have rented everything in the large SUV market and previously had an Infiniti QX56). So, kudos to Lincoln for a good car seat install. For the rear facing seat though, we will need to get an angle adjuster if my husband wants to ride in the passenger front seat. We also need to get something to protect the screen on the back of the front seat. We only have about a year left on the rear facing, so its not that big of an issue, but I am going to try to find a seat that works better over the next year because I think the rear facing Diono is going to destroy the seats, even with a really good seat protector.

Fuzzymoomoo- you are the best! I'm VIN 5LMJJ3TT1JEL09711. I was told a build of 4/11 today, and told that the "delay" (from my 1/3 order date) is because captains chairs were late production? Does this make sense? I didn't elect anything here - just the standard captains with console. It's a black label L. Also, for what it is worth, I was told I couldn't order on Xplan for my car because the dealer wasn't accepting it for the 2018 Nav at the time, but if they do when it comes in, they will allow it. Does this make sense?
