  1. Pretty much same as me. Car is in Chicago rail yards awaiting transport to dealer. Project ETA is 23 Mar. Ordered in Mid Nov. so yeah about 4 months
  2. Does anyone have a really good understanding of the Chicago rail yard and how vehicles move in and out? I was able to get the carrier and car number, NS 171079. I tracked it to Chicago but it is just sitting there since the 24th. Can anyone tell me what constitutes a departure? Am I waiting for the auto track rail car to be full of cars headed to the west coast?
  3. Ordered. 2022 Titanium PHEV 11/17/2021. Order scheduled 2/12/22 and built 2/21/2022. Order shipped 2/22/2022. Order loaded on CSXT rail and arrived Chicago train yard, 2/24/2022. Order has not moved since then! Anyone know how long they usually sit in Chicago???
  4. Hey Carlton check out my post please. Can you figure why this would be happening?
  5. Yep I am seeing the exact same thing Bill. Literally with the empower screen on the little blue outline that shows battery charging level never ever grows which means the electric engine will not kick on!
  6. That is an interesting observation and may be somewhat applicable to my concern. My battery does charge past half way, in fact I have seen it all the way full, but when going highways speeds what I have seen is the the electric engine kicks on(evidenced by the electricity down arrow on the battery) rather than charging up enough to fully take over the speed of the car.
  7. So just got my software update on Wed. Took it out on the Freeway at speeds from 65 to 80 mph. One thing I noticed right away was that on the empower setting which shows how much battery power is available with a blue outline the outline bar never grew. Now this is different at lower speeds where the outline bar does grow, until such point where it overcomes the ICE and then the electric motor kicks on. I do know the software update was performed correctly for when I applied the brake and slowed down to say 70 mpg the electric motor would kick on but only while braking or coasting. It appears that the RPM required for the car to go 65 or above on a flat surface road is to strenuous for the electric motor to kick on. I would appreciate some of you checking this out on your hybrids and letting me know what you think. Thanks, Tanner
  8. Hey Guys, long time no talk..... Looks like I have some catching up to do..... I will go to sync and download the update!! Hope you all are doing great and still enjoying your cars! Laters
  9. Yep, got mine turned on XG and they ended up not charging me a dime. SWEET.
  10. Well don't know if or how much you guys paid to get this function turned on. My dealer is quoting me 60 bucks to connect a computer and flip a switch! Impressive!!
  11. Ok, this has been very helpful. I just sent an email to my service manager to make sure that they know how to enable this. If they dont I will use the contact information above to get them to talk to a service organization that has performed this work. One thing I was unclear about, it appeared that on the preceding page there was some discussion about two settings for the DRL's one low and one high. I think the overall consensus was the High setting looked better? I am understanding that right XG?
  12. Ok, almost at 4K here with my Z-brid, the heat is definitely taking a toll on my mileage which makes sense, you have to power the AC with something either gas or electricity!! I am right at 41.2 I think for lifetime. Continue to like the car, although it is a bit of a gutless wonder for acceleration. The engine when it activates the ICE is loud, but levels out at higher speeds. I continue to love the technology and for the most part MyLincoln Touch. Whats up with you guys?? How is it going?
  13. Hey XG, I called on mine as well and they did not find any campaign's for my car either.
  14. Well it is starting to get hot here in Arizona, and I am starting to see a decrease in MPG for my Zbrid. Having that AC on definitely sucks some juice from the battery. At about 40.1 MPG this tank, with lifetime of 42.1. I don't know if you guys back east have freeway speed limits of 75, we do here in AZ. I just don't feel right going 60 in a 75 zone, feels like I am causing a hazard. I do agree with you though there is a huge difference between driving above 62 and below 62 mph.
