  1. I had the same issue - almost a whistling sound when at highway speeds. I reported it during my first service visit and they found (and resolved) the issue very quickly. It turns out there was a larger than normal gap somewhere in the drivers side mirror and the resolution was to adjust the spacing (I believe they added a strip of foam). I can't see anything different but it certainly fixed the issue.
  2. Finally got a successful report sent today. No change on my end, so Ford must have pushed an update on their end.
  3. I found a switch in the car that is named in the manual but there's no explanation what it actually does. The 'Door function switch' (page 73 in the manual) is above the drivers door along with the button to turn the drivers side lamp on and the button to turn all the lamps on. When I push the button it goes from the ice-blue back lighting to orange. Any idea what the switch actually does?
  4. I've had much better luck (AKA 100% success) using an in-out kick motion centered on the rear bumper (as demonstrated in the video above) than a side-to-side kicking motion (~70%).
  5. After reading the comments on this forum - I now no longer receive the error email when submitting a report, but it is still not available on the website.
  6. I'm having the same problem - car tells me report submitted successfully and then an error email from the sync website. I have MFT 3.2.2 (installed from factory).
