  1. Cant help that the economy went into the tank..... but at the end of the day no matter how much everyone hated joel, at least he got things done. Unlike DTP. I dont Smoke but the Bus stops they installed are a far cry from the custom built and heated gazebos they had installed at raws. DTP is suppose to be the golden baby of FORD MOTOR co and we get the short end of the stick on everything..and for some dumb reason everyone there is programmed to think its okay how local 600 works... its Not!

Typical kiss ass....Same type of person that saw the signing bonus and took the money and ran giving the Union the YES vote they wanted instead of sending them back to the table to get Something better then a Chunk of cash slapped in our faces.. While your out there in your nice driving job the rest of us are doing the manual Labor. With NO union support! Oh wait, we got Smoking Huts! THANKS NICK! Local is a Joke. the things that go on here would NEVER fly at Rawsonville. My question is when are you going to get your head outta the companys ass? When is everyone going to wake up!!! FORD is going to POST record gains again this year. and were all suppose to be happy we have a job, and benefits... Guess you didnt read the fine print on the contract you voted in! they CUT legal services they are going to KEEP Cutting every chance they get. at some point we have to say enough is enough unless you want to be like the 2nd tier workers. THATS fords main goal, play stupid till they get us all down to $20an hr and chop all our benefits up..... and Idiots like yourself all the while will be going """ Welp at least we have a job, be happy""" Last time i checked my family and our familys have fought and died for everything we have gained in this Union... Now a bunch of dumb asses come along with the motto BE HAPPY your working and everything is okay! Well Its NOT! and if we dont start fighting back were going to lose everything. if 600 is so great and want an informed membership where is our NEW local Agreement booklets??? Oh thats right giving us those would allow us to have a VOICE and a EDGE over the Boss and force the Local to do their elected jobs! :club:

  5. First Off I work at DTP , but i dont need to be on here and cry about it every day! like you and the other three idiots that ruin every post Someone puts up.. If u guys dont have any actual info aside ur dumb saline bickering and agruing about who ever the hell this Chuck dude is why dont u all just but out honeslty... if u guys are that pissed at the world and company either retire or quit! And Yes You can request to have the Car Build in the USA thats why i wanted to build dates at AAI... Being a union brother and supporting what we stand for that would make perfect sense why I want it made here and not in Mexico... and BOB KING and the other top guys said the 2013 Fusions would be Built at Flat Rock and in Mexico to meet demands.... So anyone aside the Peanut Gallery on here have any real info on the Matter?

  7. So As Usual Days Starts the Rumor Mill and the Union and Company dont Supply any info.... Dearborn Is Hearing K.C. is getting 2 weeks added onto our Summer Vacation. Has anyone in K.C. heard this? Rumor was something with Gas Tanks being Shorted and Dearborn was to be laid off the weeks of the 20th and 27th then start our Vacation the 4th and 11th...
  8. Rumors Are Flying On C-Crew..... Word Is that we Are going down the Week of the 16th.... Also Hearing a Extra Week or Two added to Our July Shutdown.... I guess we really wont know until the day before.

  11. Would Have to agree 100%. Worst Union in the system or atleast it is of the 3 plants I have been threw. The Union and Team Leaders are nothing more they Company. And the sad thing is, It's not going to change. Team leaders reporting our every move to the boss, then when you ask for a union official you are asked by the boss why you called? I was not aware i needed approval to have representation at the line. When I think I've seen it all Im just amazed the very next day... And as someone that comes to work everyday as well with no AWOLs , Medical Leave or Write ups Im really tired of the hard workers getting screwed over and the "Junk" of our membership being handed every way out of trouble. This is why we are in the situations we are all in. Lazy Union reps that are only care about themselfs & Buddies that are just trying to avoid the hard work of line work the rest of us have to endure. . Hate to say it but I Hate coming to work. Its a Bad feeling and I never had it till i came to DTP. Company gets everything they want. and I do mean everything. The union has not done us any favors. or even tried to come to a middle of the road solution its just YES SIR! Right away Sir! think its time we got back to the old values of what made our union and set its foundation. This is going to be our time and WE have to have STRONG leadership going forward into the next 8 years or we will not have a Union. The "right to Work" is being pushed all over America. DTP loves to keep TPT's so they can use and abuse them with no ties to them ( Shame for them the 90 days system dont exsist anymore) . What do you all think is going to happen when our membership numbers start to fall and the "New Wage" employees Start to grow? They are going to look for every way to Cut everything everyone before us fought so hard to get.... Its One thing to Work together to promote good Quality its another to Win our Elected Officials Over to Roll them over on us like they do at DTP.... Company Knows how to play the game and plays it well.
