How about the ford workers who are on long term lay-off they get nothing,and a 3 week temp.gets $5000.,this is bullshit!

their will be no strike,this is just a uaw threat to get this passed.They will just go back to the bargaining table!

1.I want all ford employes to to get the singing bonus.Workers laid-off still pay union dues.Why give a 3 month worker $5,000 and a laid-off worker with 10 years nothing! 2.Give part of the new hirer raises to ford workers as yearly raises. 3.Zero money out of profit sharing for veba. we gave up our last raise to help fund this. Most workers are unaware that gm workers make $1.00 more an hour on base pay than ford workers do.Because we voted to give up our last raise to help the retirees health care.

ALSO WHY GIVE SOMEONE WITH 3 MONTHS THE MONEY,AND NOT A LAID OFF EMPLOYEE WITH 10 YEARS!

WELL IF IT IS PASSED I GUESS MYSELF AND A LOT OF OTHER FORD EMPLOYES ON LAYOFF WILL NOT GET THE MONEY.I WOULD VOTE NO BUT WAIT I CAN`T VOTE. BUT THEY DO TAKE DUES OUT OF MY TAP MONEY.THERE ARE MORE WORKERS LAID-OFF THAN 250.THEY DON`T COUNT THE ACH PEOPLE BECAUSE WE ARE THE WHITE TRASH OF FORD.

ilo or tlo the laid off workers at the Indy.plant,have been given return to work dates to Louisville.so will that make them be on tlo,instead of ilo..Just wondering.
