  1. With the 2019MY Job1 date being today, 13 Sept, when do you think the 2019 will show up on the Ford site? As of now, only the 2018 is shown. Have llooked at the order guide and even placed an order last month. Just wondering when it will offically be released (show on Fords site)? Thanks
  2. On my other Ford vehicles, the radio mutes when a text command or other info comes through the speakers. On the 2016 Edge it is hard to hear because the radio does not mute for text or routing information when using the mapping feature. Is there a setting I am missing?? Thanks
  3. My wife had the key fob with her when I dropped her off at a store and I was able to drive and park without the key fob in the car. Question is, if the key fob is present to start the car, but than is taken out of car, how long / far will the car continue to run without a key fob in the vehicle. I know you cannot restart it without a key. i.e.; I was driving but the key fob was in the wifes purse, once she exited the vehicle with her purse, I continued on to park out in the store lot while she went into the store. Would the car continue to operate without a key fob in the vehicle until I decided to shut it off or is there a time / distance before it would shut down due to not having a key fob in the car? Cannot fine the answer in documentation. Thanks, Larry
  4. I think from what I have read, the number on the attached is more based on the F250 being identified as 10,000 GVWR, and not on the capability provided by the parts. The tires are rated at 3640 each @ 80psi. (7280 lbs total for rear axle). I have attached to picture of the placard that your requested.
  5. Yes, the 250 is a diesel and it has the camper package. Tires are fine for the higher weights.
  6. Have a 2016 F250 SRW 4x4 CC - Looking at the GAWR and Payload numbers on the Ford spec site vs what is on the door and what is shown on the spec sheet for the F350. Tried looking up the part numbers and the ones shown for the a axle and springs for the F250 and F350 are the same. But, on the door panel of my F250 the rear axle for my truck is listed as 6100 lbs, but the spec sheet shows 6290 and the F350 spec sheet shows 7180, but the part numbers are the same. Also, the payload on the door is 1919 lbs, but the F250 spec sheet shows 3200 and the F350 spec sheet show 3560 - 4260 lbs, again the same part number for the rear springs. So, I am confused as to how the same part numbers on the F250 vs F350 can give you such different payloads. And, how the same axle on the F250 and F350 can provide such different GAWR numbers. I this nothing more than the advertised GVWR is different for the two trucks and they adjust the door numbers to the advertised GVWR even though they are the same parts/truck???
  7. Thanks Pioneer!! Wentzville Mo is only 70 miles from the dealer. Hopefully it can make it the next 70 miles by the first vs last date of arrival ETA. Great place for information. Always someone with the answers. Larry
