  1. seams like both shifts should have to work 11 or 12 hours, but with out start times changing, looks like b and half of c crew will work longer. although the memo says 'up to' so might not even have to work past ten seven, or the horrid 11 hours. how does this affect relief time?
  2. knocking sound? that sounds more like a bolt or nut in the door, or rocks underneath, just some thoughts.
  3. If they couldn't save mercury of being watered down to a typical ford status, how can they do the same for lincoln? which lincoln vehicle is unique? none, they all share anassembly line with a ford counter part, they are all fords under neath. one Ford moving FORDward
  4. the best thing is, product! lets get some new models out there, and not a 90% or 110% versions of some other model. F-100, bronco, ranchero, model A, station wagon, two door flex, courier, just throwing a few ideas out there or a small lightwieght sports car weighing about 3000lb that is cheap
  5. 14 to one? lowest ratio i ever had was 20 to 1, but then again 6 of those were almost always on medical or restriction

  13. another god issue, so team god/leader tells one guy that we are going ten hours so on his break, the last one, he can go home, he told him almost a half hour before he told the rest of the team that we were going ten hours, sounds like the team god, has chosen some over others. favoritism? is this a quality our team leader should exude? or the other issues like blaming his team members for break downs, does he not think we don't talk to each other?

I got an issue with management, it seams like they got their head up their ass, like when we lose people to other shifts, zones, or promotional bids, they sometimes dont give us replacements, making us short handed, and then when they do give us someone it is a heavey set lazy arse medical case like chuckie, i'd rather do two jobs myself than try and teach someone who doesnt want to work, how to do a job. its easier for a camel to fit through thte eye of a needle than ...
