hey pulse. if we are getting work why are thet getting ready to start ilo,s instead of tlo,s .something sounds fishy. you said not to long ago you wont be able to find a parking space there.

i would not vote any appointed asshole right now,sun3 is right thats just what we dont need,these damn jobs are getting harder by the month so why not vote for somebody that actually does them.remember the appointees motto,i dont have to worry about the vote,im appointed. heard that at saline recently

things have gone downhill in every plant,and probably worse,at least in my previous plant a hell of alot worse.the new people just need to ask both some questions when they come around ,i know i had a few about the way saline does things.voting based on who somebody on here endorses is the good old boy way,i dont know about the rest of you but ive seen enough of that.and by the way,it wont matter who wins if the company wants to change anything they will,trust me,my former chair was on the national neg. team and that plant has all but shut down,hell saline is probably the last plant with uaw ford cleaners,that surprised me when i arrived,ours had been gone for a while now except for the old scabs that retired with buyout and never missed a day on the job with the scab company.i know alot of young people that cant find a job that would kill for that job

pulse,there are more than one persons on here who have identified your i.d .i dont have a problem with you,but you cant say that anything i outlined about raws is not true. you have not seen things thru the same eyes that i have.i got in thru lottery and that person retired within months of my hire in,i didnt know anybody other than a smattering of people i went to school with.i have seen alot of shit in that plant that just wasnt right and i am not alone.that being said if raws recalls me and saline is not blue oval again,hell yeah im coming back.if saline is taken back and i have the op. to stay i will.ive seen enough of the nepotisim and other shit at raws. that being said after 11.5 years at saline those people can probably say the same thing about their plant,but the things ive outlined about both are facts,not ramblings from somebody that is pissed about having been laid off. hell i liked being off and getting paid. oh and by the way,the way the trucking deal was handled over the last few bids has pissed more people off than just me,i never once heard of a driving school being set up out back,that should have been solicited by sen. just like bids,not word of mouth,word of mouth is a qoute from a former barg. rep. there are several people out there with less time than me and i could drive a truck before i hired in from prev. job. just needed license

i dont know where your coming from,i came from rottonville and this place seems a hell of alot more proffesional than my previous plant,they were too tied up with hiding people from the A list to do things right. example, the trucking bid last june that you were supposed to have your endorsements by june 21 to qualify for bid,it didnt take long for joel to start promising that job to his buddies,you knew that deal was going to be rigged when they werent checking for qualifications by the deadline,sure enough joels buds ended up getting the job. this local even knows how to use their e mail,in two weeks i have received about 5 mails,updates,negotiated oil changes and other stuff.the medical dept. seems pretty good also,a real doc. hell you can even ask this chairman a question without getting looked down on. hopefully something will change and we will be afforded the op. to stay here

are you guys at saline getting alot of downtime

would you shut the fuck up.people need to just do what they think is best for them and keep their mouths shut and keep to themselves.keep bragging about how nice is is at saline,you wont be there as long as you think. i will be going next week and i hope i dont get stuck in the same dept. as your lazy ass

i wasnt referring to people running for anything,as my post clearly states,the people coming in temporarily should have more than a few weeks to decide who to vote for,their are some real snakes out there.now how in the hell is giving the people that are voting a couple of months to feel things out a little third worldish.if you are who other people on here claim you are that explains it. theres no reason to have people voting that dont know who their voting for

brother remember one thing,the people coming in that werent there previously are not new hires,theve seen all the garbage.if the people you endorse are worthy, it will shake out in the wash, now when exactly that election is could be an issue because people will need some time to judge for themselves, nobody should take anybodys word for who to vote for. maybe the prudent thing to do under the circumstances would be to postpone elections for a predetermined amount of time

how many people do you have on ilo

allright pulse,you seem to have your hands around things others dont,i just went to ilo from jsp awaiting transfer to saline,so technicaly im on tlo awaitng transfer,there are alot of other people waitng to go to other plants also,anything being done to make this time not count against our sub allotment.also if i left raws. 3 years ago when it was visteon based on being told by the powers to be it would never be ford again and things werent looking good i would be pissed right now.the saline people that left under the same pretenses are now being allowed back as temps to return to new home plant when saline is up.bullshit,if they want to roll the dice and go back to saline that should be their new home plant and let the cards fall where they may,thats a chance they will have to decide if they want to take.but of course thats not the case.i just hope that something goes my way someday,because i still believe that until im working at saline or elsewhere that list dont mean shit
