  1. Truthfully, I'm kind of scared to see what they come up with. There really aren't a whole lot of newer vehicles that I find atractive... but that design is awesome.
  2. Well if I remember correctly the guy that made this had meant it as a replacement for the mid 90's Town Car and made it in like 1996 so Sentinel inspiration is a definite possibility. The site it was was none to kind about the 1998-2002 Town Car styling. Called it bulbous i think.
  3. I so wnat them to build that but with gas heading no where but up plus the CAFE... it'll never happen
  4. They had so many great concepts back in the day, Senitnel, Mk IX, Mk X, Aviator, MKR, Continental... Any of those would have been utterly awesome. But that was when millions could be spent on nothing but rolling design studies and give us false hope.
  5. I wish i could take credit for creating this but alas i cannot. I found it online probably 8 years ago or so...
  6. Very nice... some of the details, lights in particular, reimnd me the crurrent Taurus.
  7. I know it probably pretty outdated by US standards, but i kind of wish the Explorer was more like the Everest.
  8. I really would like to see a new RWD Lincoln flagship sedan. Something to Mercedes and BMW that America can do luxury, specifically Ford/ Lincoln. Include hybrids with both 4 cyl and 6 cyl power, maybe even a plug in, along with ecoboost v6 and of course pinnacle v8 powerplants. Who knows, maybe a RWD Lincoln MK IX could follow.
  9. I think it could point to a new Mustang with some Mustang cues added in... like the three section taillights...
  10. Wow! Looks like it ready for war... reminds me of the old Chrysler Defender used in the Viper tv show...
  11. By the looks of things, that Ferrari came close to hitting a 300,000 pound Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead as well...
  12. I'm considering one of the last Rangers (2011)... I'll probably just hold out for Ford to come to their senses and build a new Ranger or wait for the rumored Jeep Pickup.
  13. I don't know... judging by some of their past decisions I wonder if that office of people do anything but follow faulty "gut feelings" and BS. The fact the old Ranger manages to find as many sales as it does is enough evidence that the T6 would be worth it. I for one never trust pencil pushers... especially high paid corporate ones.
  14. I agree with that... something a lot like the original was. Small, economical(ish), and with go anywhere toughness... The new wranglers are huge.... my dad just bought one and it reminds me of grandparents old big broncos with all the cargo area cut off. Perhaps a new Bronco should be smaller, about the size of the TJ Wranglers.
  15. I totally agree about wanting to have a more fuel efficient big SUVs. I drive a 2004 Grand Cherokee and it is the smallest vehicle I have ever driven and is the smallest vehicle I ever want to drive regularly, save a for a Mustang someday :D
