  1. Anyone know what you times the factor by? We were told not what u made last year but on the hours you worked times base pay. No holiday pay no vacation pay and no overtime premium.
  2. Was told by a vendor today that Cleveland got the new 4 cyl Eco-Boost motor. Can anyone cofirm this.
  3. I believe all 4 from Lima were on ILO I know the one I talked to was.
  4. Anyone know who got the 10 Machine Repair jobs they posted for in Romeo?
  5. I did a little math problem and maybe my figures are wrong but here it is. $73.00 an hour( WE ALL KNOW THIS IS FALSE BUT I WANTED TO USE IT JUST TO MAKE MY POINT!) X 2080 hrs in a 4o hr work week per year =$151,840 Total wages per year per employee x 34,000 Times the number of active hourly employees at Ford =$5,162,560,000 The total annual hourly payroll at Ford Using the above figures which we know are way to high I figure Ford has a little over 5 billion in hourly payroll each year. How much is the company loosing??? I think we could all work for free and they would still loose money! Why don't they take away some of our hourly wages and keep sub??? How does the international make money? Yes 2 hours of pay a month. If you take away our hourly rate they loose money. So they will give everything else away so they can keep making money! I know they fight for us and I'm 100% Union but I really think some of the guys up there have been away from the shop floor for to long. We need to keep sub and keep our reteries safe!!
  6. If FORD would build the products they sell in the USA in the USA they woulnd't have to worry about buy-outs and having to many plants and employees!!! How many fusions do they sell in Mexico? I don't think it would be any were close to what they sell here! Bring the FUSION/MILAN, NEW DIESEL and other products back home!! Also I would have to think that FORD employees are a big part of FORDS market share and when all you keep doing is getting rid of them you keep killing part of your own market share. Why are they letting them try to get rid of sub-pay and not an hourly reduction instead? Do all the 30yr guys think this won't effect them? How many down weeks each year do you want to have to take $380 a week from unemployement? They will give up the JSP and sub pay but fight for FORD LEGAL???? That great atleast we can file for bankruptcy for free!!
  7. LEP just gave there skilled trades in tear-out a nice x-mass gift. They just told them they were shutting down tear-out and putting them on ILO. Some how the guy in charge of tear-out forgot to balance the check book and he ran out of tear-out money. It just happened that he found this out one week before the company would have had to pay them for x-mass shutdown. But according to the Company officials it had nothing to due with them voting down the local. The local union officials were to busy to attend the meeting. But the company man in charge said he would do everthing he could to help them out. Atleast someone will be looking out for them!!!
  8. LEP isn't handing out buy-outs. I checked in hourly personnel and they said it was only a rummer??
