I've been reading this forum for some years now; I'm in an ACH Plant, 90ish seniority, trades only. I read, I learn, I don't say much. I'm dismayed at what I see happening over the years here at FORD. I don't see any reason an employee in an ACH plant would vote for this! I especially do not like the company paid medical exams, it is none of their business. Any Doctor paid by the company will have the interest of the company not the patient in mind. Also if it is an onsite doctor, please! The big money in Medicine is not in a small office in a factory. What is wrong with you as a doctor to end up there? There are a number of us on the edge of eligibility for 50 and 10, I would love to see that come again, but if they slash health insurance what is the incentive there? We will lose our jobs anyway (relocation is still an option), why should we vote for this, there is no clear road to viability here, just give backs no partnership. NO! NO! NO!

Any idea if Layout inspectors are taking buyout or otherwise retiring, Thanks
