Just received my order verification Dora from Lincoln/ and dealer. 2024 Reserve 202A , Hybrid , Red Carpet. Smoked Truffle Interior, Mat Package. Priority #10. How long does everyone here anticipate will take . I am in the GTA Canada. Thx.

Lincoln kept this feature on the new Nautilus for 24. I would not be at all surprised to see it deleted as well for 25. As they kept it on 24s to make a marketing splash. Only way I see it kept is if the Chinese use it , as country of origin is China.

I am curious if it possibly has something to do with taxes and or tariffs on this one engine for Canada . Or if Lincoln Canada is actually gouging us Canadians.

I find the most annoying is the Sun roof being open and the buffeting.

The Hybrid we pay for is the engine only. Just as in the US. We get hit pretty hard by Lincoln Canada. Base Reserve package is $65K Reserve 2 package is $7,500. Reserve 3 Package is 12,500. Jet Package is $3,500. Hybrid $3,500. Our well equipt Reserve models are the same price as Black Label in the US.

You pretty much made the decision for me here. I am going to go and drive only the 2.0 again and try to take it out for a bit more of a drive. Just to confirm what I think I already know. Odds are it is the Hybrid. That is where I was always leaning . Thank you again.

Thx Gurgeh. I drive presently a 21 Nautilus with the 2.7, and find it very smooth, to drive , both at idle as well as when driving. My only beef is it not as quiet as I thought it would be. My previous Nautilus was a 2019 with the 2.0. I actually found this engine quieter when driving , but had the typical 4 cylinder sound when idle and exceleration. I have driven both new engines a short period and did notice the hybrid had a different feel to the drive. I also am leaning towards the hybrid as with a lease , the difference per month is not a tank of gas, and if the fuel economy is what or near what Lincoln said , it should be a wash or I come ahead. But the overall quietness of the vehicle and smoothness of drive for both engine and suspension is prime.

Hi Everyone. I was at my Lincoln dealer that I deal with today to order a 24 Nautilus. I am ordering Red Carpet with Smoked Truffle and the Reserve 202 package in Canada next week. My dilemma is which engine to order. I am leaning towards the Hybrid as many of the reviews are that the Hybrid makes the car a luxury car. How many readers here have the standard 2.0? Is it quiet? Smooth running? As in Canada Hybrid is $3500 not $1500 as in US. I do not want to spend money that is not really required to give what the car should be. I am not concerned about 0-60. I just want quiet smooth and comfortable drive. I look forward to your thoughts. Thx.

My first car was the Pintos twin brother Mercury Bobcat. Chocolate Brown Metallic with Brown/Tan Plaid cloth seats. I prayed for it to start every day, especially if it was damp outside.

I had the first Flex that my dealer received. Was an 09 Limited in Chocolate Brown Metallic with the Tan Interior. I had it for 3 years. I can honestly say that as much as I enjoy all my MKX/Nautilus built in Oakville , my Flex was quieter driving and smoother to drive also. It also felt much more solid. I loved it. Too bad Ford did not update the styling to make it less polarizing.

In the article in the Detroit Free Press , Mark Phelan says he will have an article on a full one week with a Nautilus in March at the introduction. That sort of sounds like the press has not driven yet, or not allowed to write about and is embargoed till March about the drive during the introduction. I would have thought would be about now, as vehicles are starting to hit dealers slowly . Guess they are waiting till they will begin to be more common. I keep looking daily for new reads and press test drives.

Yes. Sounds about right. The dealer that I always work with has 10 cars in his first allotment which he is anticipating in March , he has a flow coming every month thereafter of as he said a few cars. He has two cars coming that I am interested in . Red Carpet with Blk/ grey. 2.0 . The other Panther Blue with Blk/gry. 2.0. Both have the 202 package Reserve. I will drive it and see. As I would not commit without sitting and driving. .

Shipping from China is approximately 3 weeks. I am also going to anticipate at least an additional 3 -4 weeks for the cars to be sitting at a port waiting for their designated ship to their designated port. This is already just 2 months for shipping. Build in another 7 weeks from date of order placement to manufacture and you have 4 months lead time. Another 10 days at least from port to dealership. I am going to figure it will take close to 5 months to order and receive at the dealership . I hope after the initial first few shipments arrived Lincoln goes to a system similar to GM for their Korean built vehicles. where by they build an allotment of the most popular color and option packs and have them at a holding lot. When a dealer needs a certain car or a few he can choose from availability and have shipped to them. This was explained to me over the holidays by a prominent Buick dealer in my area. As was car hunting for my wife.

A few window stickers showed up this morning on a few dealers websites in the Toronto Ontario area. They all had a date of 12/15-12/25 on them.

When the Nautilus was made in Oakville it used to take about 2-3 weeks before a VIN was issued , then another 2 or three before scheduling. Will be interesting to see how long this period is , now that made off shore. as they must have a set schedule period for N/A production and for domestic production. As so much difference in the two vehicles. Unless they run two different lines.

Thank you to all of you working in the Oakville plant. I live in Toronto, close enough to call all of you neighbours. I have had 4MKX/ Nautilus , and have had virtually no issues with either car. Thank you again to all. You should be very proud of what you build.

I am waiting to see the Nautilus in person. The sales manager I deal with believes that in Canada they will have incentives for current Nautilus clients early on when it is fully introduced. I also want to see if any real difference in the drive between the standard engine and the Hybrid. As in Canada there is a $3500 difference. To me that is a lot of coin if not a huge difference in refinement. I am not concerned about horsepower or 0-60 take off speed. I presently have a 2021 with the 2.7 v6, and actually liked the drive of my 2019 with the 2.0 better. Leaning toward Red Carpet with Truffle interior.

Is there an interpreter available to put this chart into English?

In Canada we only have the Reserve Models available. We have the base Reserve which is well equipped, then we have Reserve 2 and Reserve 3. I would be fine with the base Reserve if it included the Moon Roof. As I am only going to the reserve 2 to get the moon roof, the Blue cruise hands free, the scents and the other stuff that is included in the package is not something that is meaningful to me. I am essentially going to buy a $7500 package for a $2000 option . Oh well. Guess we all have to pay to play so to speak.

Planning on ordering a Reserve 2 . Have not decided if I am going to go with the standard engine or the Hybrid. Leaning toward Red Carpet with the Truffle Interior.

I have on my 2021 the stock 21 inch continentals. For winter I have Blizzak 18s mounted on alloys. I found here in Toronto the choice of Winter 18s was very good. The issue I ran into was finding a nice wheel. Not the tires.

Had my 2021 Nautilus in for service today , and was discussing the new 24 with the Lincoln concierge at my dealership. There is a full Canadian dealership introduction and soft public launch in November. Cars will be available soon after at dealerships on a rotating basis for preview and test drive.
