Anyone have information as to the time frame to change health care providers?

Being that we no longer recieve benefit books, where online can you find this information. And, no it's not on benefitscompanion.com. That only allows you to compare and access all the benefit programs. It's useless. Our coverages are always being modified (at least with BC/BS) and it would nice to be able to stay updated. Thanks

Nicely done. I'm glad to see there are others who see Palin as just a Republican means of distraction. The actual prospect of her being VP, and perhaps President if McCain croaks in office (which according to the average lifespan of a male, will probably happen) is bone chilling. The sheep that have fallen for this dog and pony show are the same dopes who thought Bush was a good guy to have a beer with. That obviously worked out real well. Obama/Biden will certainly be no magic fix, but at least there is the possibility of taking this country in a new direction.
