  1. Don't forget, Transit receives upgrades as well next year. New Super Duty, new Transit, and all-new Ranger in one year. That is a busy year. Also keep in mind, GM's bigger problem competing with Ford is not with trucks. It is with utility vans. That is really where Ford is takes GM to the woodshed. Global utility van sales for both in 2017: Ford - 717,000+ GM - 112,500

  2. Mike Levine said it last Friday on twitter and that same night the loading dock next to the plant was full of railcars when I rolled into work at 5:30pm.

  5. Hi Ice Capades, I did cancel my order for the new Bullitt, and decided not to get one. This is kinda funny I was at the Ford Dealership getting my oil changed, I went inside and there's the Bullitt I ordered still sitting there on the showroom floor, with a price of $51.760.00 I t peaked my interest. Then I went online, and there it was on CLEARANCE! I talked to the Wife, and she said go ahead and talk to them. Long story short, I bought the Bullitt (12/05/18) and I love it, fully loaded with everything I wanted in it....Guess it was meant to be, just thought I would update y'all, and the wife has my 2015 50th Mustang GT.....?

  6. Let's face it - it's higher than 0.01%. Not saying it's anywhere near a majority, but there are plenty of big guys out there who'd like more room. It seems like Ford could do some more market research of the issue to ensure their product has maximum appeal to the largest cross section of buyers possible. I'm guessing the new Explorer is going to be shift-by-wire (the dial), so it's not like there's any real engineering to do to move the shifter out of the console. At that point offering a console delete / split bench option wouldn't cost much at all. The split bench with a fold down armrest/ middle seat back that also doubles as a center console with built in cup holders as featured on the panthers, most F-150s (I looked and even the 2019 Lariats have a leather 40/20/40 split bench available), and the old Ranger is a very welcome design with some buyers. It'd be nice to see it in Explorer and Expedition due to their target audience. Do it like the current F Series: Leather captains chairs and full-length console standard, but a leather 40/20/40 split bench available at no extra cost.

  7. Nobody makes it own their own they build upon others that came before them. If you really think you do not need anyone but yourself and you think have done everything on your own you my friend are the one who has been brainwashed by right.
