  1. Just brought her home a week ago, loving it so far!
  2. So it is currently on a rail car making its way to Seattle, should be at the dealer this monday which the dealer confirmed, they will do dealer prep, plates, etc and I have scheduled my pick up for next Friday afternoon when I will turn in my trusted 2004 vintage Escape XLT for my new LIMITED! I can't wait, I am really excited about having SYNC, park assist, rear view camera, Heated leather and a sunroof! This is my Company vehicle and I am amazed they sprung for the LIMITED! The main reason they went this route was for the rear view back camera for safety reasons, oh yeah - my benefit! Bring on the LIMITED!!
  3. Great, I have an almost new set from my previous '06 Escape! Thanks
  4. Does anyone know if my aftermarket all season Husky brand front floor mats which I had in a previous 2006 Escape fit the 2008-2010 Escape? These Husky mats have the 1.5" lip all the way around them, so melting snow, etc won't roll off onto carpet. Thanks
  5. Hey all, Sorry if this has been covered before, tried the search and mods had it turned off. I used to have a 2006 Escape with the V6 which had plenty of pep. I have a 2010 4 cylinder on order and have heard the '09+ 4 cylinders are pretty peppy, I have driven the 2008 4 cylinder, but understand they have added a fair amount of HP & Torque to the 2009+. Thanks
  6. STATUS UPDATE - Was pleasantly surprised as "estimated production week" was set for wk of Sept. 7. As of 9/1 - Vehicle status = SHIPPED TO DEALER!!!
  7. STATUS - Shipped to dealer on 9/1/09!! What are the chances it will be at the dealer by 9/18/09?
  8. http://www.fordvehicles.com/suvs/escape/ :happy feet:
  9. Yikes, just got another e-mail and the production date has been pushed out two weeks, now it is the week of September 7th.
  10. Just received e-mail confirmation from our fleet adminastrator that my '10 Escape is scheduled for production the week of 8/24/09. I live in Western WA State, when do you think the dealership will receive it based on production date?
  11. 1. Black 2. White Suede 3. Steel Blue or Ignot Silver - Tie IMO
  12. NICE!! I am right in guessing that the 10GB would hold about 2,500 songs? My 4 GB Ipod holds about 1,000.
  13. wptski, glad you like your 17's. if i had my choice, i would get the 16's. i think the chrome clad's look ok, depending on the color of the escape, on black, i think it is too much, silver and chrome clad might be ok. i just like the aluminum much better. you know what they say...." :happy feet: different strokes for different folks"
  14. Thanks for the pics, I went back to the Ford website and I did not realize the XLT and Limited had different aluminum wheels, one being a 5 spoke and the other a 6 spoke. I really doubt my Company would spring for the 17" chrome clads, which IMO is a really good thing. As far as the "gangsta" look, IMO they are, just too much "bling", especially for this vehicle.
