Well, we need 66% and thats unlikely. If we do get he % and if anythinkg were to happen with it.......what the F is going to change?? We (Stap) got screwed by windsor and oak! If we all had voted NO at the meeting we still wouldnt have the votes......come on people.

I was unable to attend todays meeting(family). I am wondering if anyone could let me know what went on? I'm sure it was heated.......with news our car will be cut short and a "new" police car will be produced in the U.S. Thanks

I agree, it seems that Mr. Lewenza is more concerned about the future of Windsor and Oakville than his brothers and sisters at STAP! It looks like We are the forgotten ones and that he as already given up on us!

According to our latest CAW letter, we will be getting the $1700.........but it wasn't specified when. Just that we will not speak with Ford until its paid.

First 30-40 came off line on Friday.

Not sure if someone in plant "ratted" him out.......dont think anyone needed too. This is the second plant manager at STAP to be fired for accepting things from vendors. Not sure what they got but it doesn't seem to bother them. Boldin was canned for it and had a new Plant manager job within a few months. the latest manager was canned on tuesday or wednesday.

I can confirm that Boldin as well as out latest Plant Manager (fired last week) were both fired from STAP for accepting "things" from vendors. Not sure what they received but they were essentially stealing from Ford and us. I havent heard anything on 1/4.
