If Allan or Mark don't know who is Ultimately responsible for the mess at OAC shame on both of them.
This obsolete, archaic way of managing By Frank Garneau will never work in todays work place, I thought Ford wanted to empower their work force not deprogram them. Allan himself has said numerous times we need open lines of communication, transparaency between all levels of management and union. But this looks like to me the plant manager is trying to hide the problems or blame them on the union.
I have worked here at OAC for many years and I must say that our work force has never been so committed to building this product with the highest Quality possible and they all know we are in a fight for our and FORDS survial. Let's hope they make changes and have the right people in place to make it happen.
They has purged two of the three stooges, now let's gas the last one before he screws up the lanuch of the Edge, MXK, our future and also Ford.

Do you believe in everything they say? Please don't do that, what they try to do is cover their butts lying to the people(investors, workers etc.)
But this looks like to me the plant manager is trying to hide the problems or blame them on the union.
Nothing new, only the blind canot see it.

That's a tough one to chew, i have seen good and bad in our plant, we need to change our mentality too.

Yes I agree with you we all have to do a better job and change are mentality, but it has to start at the top and it will filter down.
Quote Allan M ---Ford employees didn't do anything wrong, the situation is management fault, we are absolutely responsible for the business. Edward Deming and Toyota's philosophies
CHANGE STARTS AT THE TOP
YOU ARE RIGHT WE DO NEED TO CHANGE ALSO, BUT IF WE GET THE RIGHT LEADERSHIP, I BELIEVE WE CAN GO TO THE TOP OF THE AUTO INDUSTRY AGAIN AND RESTORE THIS COMPANY BACK TO IT"S ONCE PROUD STATE.
