For those that PM'd me

Recommended Posts

I recieved several pm's, thought I would share to break the stereotype.

Here is some links about modern home distillers who make products every bit as good and in a lot of cases, better than you can buy. One example is that the whiskey I've drank will not give you a hang over. The reason? the distiller was very stingy with the cuts and would rather "throw some in the feigns jar" for next time than get a bit more volume and cause hangovers. It is more important to have a good tasting product then the extra couple ml.

So, without further ado;

Basically, I can make my own beer and wine but because of the taxation not my own whiskey. (even though in NZ when the law was repealed, sales of alcohol actually increased!)

No, I'm not a backwoods hillbilly redneck...no wait, I am a redneck I guess..but anyway, I serve my country and always pay my taxes, I've never been on unemployment and no one in my extended family has ever been on welfare. In short, I follow the law. But this? This is a tax grab that has made even a law abiding citizen like me a criminal.

It's a bullshit law, period. Their own property and their own consumption. If It was sold it or gave to underaged or something then they deserve to go to jail, but making a bottle to drink for oneself? PUHLEASE!
