Well, PREMiERdrum and I were talking about how we're tired of reading thread after thread of UAW complaining and whatnot.

So, we decided to propose a new section/forum:

"UAW cagematch" (IMG:style_emoticons/default/hysterical.gif)

.....a thread for all UAW related posts. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/reading.gif)

Sounds good. But only if it's moderated by a UAW member. In fact, the same guy could moderate the Employee Section as well. It's getting a little hairy in there.

It would be up to Robert. I'm sure he would ask RJ and Nick for their input tho.

I've got no problems with it. I suggested some time ago that one of the employees should be assigned for moderator duties in that section as well. Figure one out amongst yourselves and I'll pass it on to Robert for implementation if he approves.

How about an employment section? Dealerships could post job openings and the unemployed would have another resource for their job hunt.

(and yes I'm still looking for a job, been 8 months now) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/banghead.gif)

With the wide geographical area served by this site, I doubt that would really be too useful honestly.

You could move to Manitoba of Saskatchewan (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Hey, I just realized I passed 10 000 and didn't even know it.

Imagine the man-hours wasted on all of the forms on the 'net. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/hysterical.gif)

People use to spend their time talking to family members instead of strangers.

I still talk to my family. I found that my time spent on forums is probably time I would have otherwise spent talking to nobody. I consider it social. Demented and sad, but social. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Ha...I think I'd die without internet forums. I also consider it social...and that's sad indeed.

There are three forums that I visit. One deals with cars (this one....although I don't post much in the car section anymore), one deals with Canadian politics, and one deals with development (I stick to the sections for my province and country). It's disappointing when there are no interesting new posts on any of them. Thankfully that's rare lately. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/hysterical.gif)
