I agree with previous statement as well...FOR THE WHOLE YEAR...I'm not believing stories because its like every few months, the same BS comes out "Oh we'll be in the black by such and such year"... we'fve been at it for 10 years ! !

Mind you, that doesn't mean that 2009 and 2010 aren't going to be close to break even either.
Depending on how Q3 looks in a couple of weeks Ford may still be up slightly but Q4 will be negative....

I think it means expecting a profit on an ongoing basis, not just a year hear or there. A "permanent" profit, as if any such thing could be guaranteed.
