rmc523
I posted this in another thread here, but I thought I'd also post it here in the "proper" place, even though few do that anyway. Here's a Fusion coupe chop I did using the chop of a guy who went by the name Griddle_Jim (see signature in the lower door area) over at the old AutoWeek Combustion Chamber. Just wanna make sure I give him credit (wherever he is) for "starting" this chop. And I posted his original below mine. Enjoy!
Mark B. Morrow
Nice. I don't know if there's room in the Ford lineup for another coupe. Maybe something to give Mercury an exclusive car.

Oh, i don't see this car happening in any way/shape/form. The idea came from that CD3 10 thread, and I made a quick chop off this picture. But you're right, a Mercury Milan Coupe would be ironically perhaps more "relevant" than a Fusion Coupe.

Ford Jellymoulds
You call a 2 door Fusion a coupe? It looks like a Fusion to me thats harder to get into back of, no doubt Ford would charge loads more for the pleasure of it all. Coupe is a Capri - Mustang - Porsche 911. Ah, yes I do call a 2 door Fusion a coupe, and so would anybody else here. I'm not understanding what else it would be called. Honda calls their 2-door Accord an Accord COUPE.............coupes (with the exception of the CLS, CC, X6, and maybe some others) are more often than not 2 door cars. Are you saying it can't be considered a coupe b/c it's not sporty enough or something? Edited May 7, 2009 by rmc523

RangerM
Here's a Milan and a Fusion Sport Coupe I just did. Kinda' strikes me as an older CLK look. Looks good.
rmc523
Here's a Milan and a Fusion Sport Coupe I just did. I like both of those. The grille you gave the Fusion kinda ties it into the new Taurus.....not sure if that was intentional or not, but I like it.
shaney_Oyeah
Here's a Milan and a Fusion Sport Coupe I just did. This is amazing, I hope Ford does this... but I think the rear quarter window should be sharper looking... it reminds me too much of a Saab... Mark B. Morrow
Here's a Milan and a Fusion Sport Coupe I just did. I love that grille on the Fusion coupe. If Ford ever makes an EcoBoost Fusion (Baby SHO)that grille would be perfect.
T'Cal
Here's a Milan and a Fusion Sport Coupe I just did. I love the idea of a Milan-based coupe. I'd call it the Cougar and have the AWD/3.5L V6 as the standard drivetrain for the XR-7. I'm not much for the slammed look and I'd want the grille's vertical bars blacked out but leave a bit of chrome. Nice job!
