here at van dyke our plant manager is on the way out. None too soon with unapproachable attitude and micro managing style. rumor has it she is going to windsor.

and if she is going to Windsor, they are supposedly getting a new engine which equals a new launch and Van Dyke had 2 successful launches which means we made her look good

She was also Plant Manager at Maumee Stamping. I believe she is on the fast track to the top. She will be gone before anything bad happens.
