Ive got a 2004 Police Interceptor and Im going to change my fuel filter but I have no idea where the fuel filter is located on my car.

Ive surfed the net around looking for a diagram or anything but have come up empty.

If anyone could let me know where it is Id appreciate it.

On my 2002, it is on the inside of the frame rail, on the passenger side of the vehicle, I believe about in line with the rear trailing edge of the back door.

It is a piece of cake to change - the only things to consider is to allow the car to sit for a few hours to let the pressure in the line drop, and there are U-shaped plastic clips that have to be removed to get the filter out. If you break one, they sell them at NAPA for cheap - Ford has been using the for years.
