He is also supposed to be evaluating strategic reorganization of the Sales department(s)
They are probably brewing a lot of changes, but not ready to announce them as done yet.
Remember - while it only took a single announcement to let us know that Ford has new Product development and brand structure, internally, that transition is probably still going on.
